CivicEvolution does not actively monitor user contributions, nor does it exercise editorial control. However, we retain the right to exclude objectionable material at our discretion. Community members are responsible for their contributions - they do not reflect the opinions of Practical Evolution, LLC or its staff.
Membership
CivicEvolution is a free service. It is open to the general public. Registration is required to actively participate in order to help build community cohesion, encourage civil discussion and to help minimize spam. Registration requires a valid email address and users are expected to use their real name.
Members are encouraged to make their proposals publicly accessible to unregistered visitors.
